At KUADROS, we want our customers to have a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
KUADROS only uses professional painters specialized in reproduction techniques of famous painters. Read about the techniques used to create replicas of famous paintings and custom commissions.
If you are not satisfied with the painting for any reason, please return it within the first 30 days from the date the painting was received at your home. Upon returning the painting, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the painting.
Oil Painting Reproductions: Warranty Conditions
You can return your painting 30 days after receipt of your purchase andapply fora full refund of the amount paid. The shipping cost for returning the painting is the customer's responsibility.
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Shipping costs when returning the painting
- Custom portraits (e.g., paintings of a family member)
- The painting cannot have been altered or damaged by the user
- Normal color variations in replicas of artworks.
- Paintings not claimed by the customer or abandoned at customs in the destination country indicated by the customer
- Paintings not imported, completed or paid for by the customer in the country and address indicated at the time of purchase.
- Paintings that have been destroyed for any reason by customs agents or customs representatives of the country where the buyer resides
As this is a hand-painted work, colors and other details may vary from the original painting.
