Complex artworks and price adjustments
Some compositions require a higher technical level, especially when they include highly detailed landscapes, architectural backgrounds, complex textures, multiple figures, or elements that demand great precision.
In these cases, our team may apply a price adjustment before starting the artistic work. If you do not accept the proposed adjustment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
How to order your custom painting
- Place your order and send us the reference image, idea, or composition you would like to turn into an oil painting.
- Tell us your preferences for style, size, colors, level of detail, background, texture, and any important modifications.
- Our team will review the project and assign the artwork to the most suitable artist within 1 to 3 business days.
- The painting will be created by hand within approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on size and complexity.
- When the artwork is finished, you will receive a photograph to review and approve it before shipping.
- After your approval, the painting will go through the drying process, professional packing, and shipping.
Secure international shipping
We work with renowned international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS to ensure that each artwork arrives protected and in perfect condition.
Each painting is carefully packed to protect the canvas during international transport. If the artist is based in a different country from the buyer, import taxes are covered by KUADROS so that you receive your artwork without unexpected costs at the time of delivery.
