At KUADROS we want our customers to have a safe and pleasant shopping experience.

KUADROS only uses professional painters specialized in techniques of reproduction of paintings of famous painters. Read about the techniques used for making replicas of famous paintings and custom orders.

If you are not satisfied with the painting for any reason, please return it within the first 30 days after the painting is received at your home. Upon returning the painting, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the painting.

Oil Painting Reproduction: Conditions of the Guarantee

You can return your painting 30 days after receiving your purchase and qualify for a full refund of the amount paid. The shipping cost for the return of the painting is borne by the customer.
The guarantee does not apply to:
  • Shipping costs when returning the painting
  • Personalized portraits (paintings of a family member, for example)
  • The painting cannot have been altered or damaged by the user
  • Normal color variations in replicas of the artworks.
  • Paintings not claimed by the customer or abandoned at the customs office in the destination country indicated by the customer
  • Imports of paintings not completed, concluded, or paid for by the customer in the country and address indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Paintings that have been destroyed for any reason by customs agents or the customs representatives of the country in which the buyer resides

As this work is hand-painted, colors and other details may vary from the original painting.
