If you are not satisfied with the painting for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days from the date the painting is received at your address. Upon return of the painting you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the painting. 

Reproduction of oil paintings: Warranty Conditions

You can return your painting 30 days after receipt of your purchase. y apply to a full refund of the amount paid. The shipping cost for the return of the painting is at the customer's expense.
The warranty does not does not apply to:
  • Shipping costs at the time of return of the painting.
  • Personalized portraits (paintings of a family member for example)
  • The painting must not have been altered or damaged by the user.
  • Normal color variations in replicas of artwork.
  • Paintings not claimed by the customer or abandoned at customs clearance in the country of destination indicated by the customer.
  • Imports of paintings not made, completed or paid for by the customer in the country and address indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Paintings that have been destroyed for any reason by customs agents or customs representatives of the country in which the buyer resides.

As this work is hand painted, colors and other details may vary from the original painting.
