At KUADROS, we want our customers to have a safe and calm shopping experience.
KUADROS only uses professional painters specialized in techniques of reproduction of cuadros famous painters. Read about the techniques used to create replicas of famous paintings and custom orders.
If you are not satisfied with the painting for any reason, please return it within the first 30 days after the painting is received at your home. Upon returning the painting you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cuadro.
Oil painting reproduction: Warranty Conditions
You can return your painting 30 days after receiving your purchase and apply for a full refund of the amount paid. The shipping cost for returning the painting is the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Shipping costs at the time of returning the painting
- Custom portraits (cuadros of a family member, for example)
- The painting cannot have been altered or damaged by the user
- Normal color variations in replicas of works of art.
- Paintings not claimed by the customer or abandoned in customs at the country of destination indicated by the customer
- Imports of paintings not completed or paid for by the customer in the country and address indicated at the time of purchase.
- Paintings that have been destroyed for any reason by customs agents or customs representatives of the country where the buyer resides
As this work is hand-painted, colors and other details may vary from the original painting.
