If you are not satisfied with the painting for any reason, please return it within the first 30 days after the painting was received at your home. Upon returning the painting you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the painting.

• Shipping costs at the time of the return of the painting
• Custom portraits (paintings of a family member, for example)
• The painting must not have been altered or damaged by the user
• Normal color variations in replicas of artworks.
• Paintings not claimed by the customer or abandoned at customs in the destination country indicated by the customer
• Paint imports not made, concluded, or paid for by the customer in the country and address indicated at the time of purchase.
• Paintings that have been destroyed by any reason by customs agents or customs representatives of the country where the buyer resides
