REGISTRATION
Registration is required for certain functions and services at KUADROS.COM. You agree, as part of the condition of use and registration, to be contacted for information about changes to this Agreement or the availability of new services at KUADROS.COM. You are responsible for your password used to access any secure section of the Site. You agree to protect your password from the knowledge of any third party. You agree to accept full responsibility for any activities or procedures under your password, whether or not you have approved such actions. You will directly notify KUADROS.COM directly of any unlawful use of your password.
SITE SECURITY
Violation or attempted violation of the security of the Site is strictly prohibited. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Please note that certain orders cannot be honored and must be cancelled. We reserve the full right of discretion to refuse or cancel any order for reasons known only to us. For your own convenience, no charges will be made pending authorization of your payment, verification of the accuracy of your order and shipment of your order. Some of the reasons for cancellation of your order may include a limited quantity of products for purchase, a factual error of product or pricing information, or a counterfeit detected by our credit department and to prevent fraud. Additional verifications or information may also be required before we receive any order. We will notify you if we cancel all or part of your order or if we require additional information to receive your order. If we cancel your order after charging you, we will refund the exact amount to your original method of payment.
When a replica painting is completed, a photographic sample will be sent to the customer for approval by email, whatsapp or other means of communication. If within 72 hours the customer has not given an approval response to KUADROS or suggested modifications, the replica of the painting will be considered as approved by the client automatically, and it will be sent to the destination chosen by the buyer.
QUANTITY LIMITS AND DISTRIBUTOR SALES
KUADROS.COM reserves the discretionary right to limit the number of items purchased by a single person, a single household or a single order. These restrictions may apply to orders ordered from the same account, same credit card, same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify our customers if we apply such limits. KUADROS.COM also reserves the right in its sole discretion to prohibit sales of our products to distributors or retailers. As a principle of these Terms of Use, resale shall be described as the purchase or proposed purchase of any product(s) from KUADROS.COM in order to resell the same product(s) to a third party for commercial purposes.
EXPORT POLICY
We require your acknowledgment that the products purchased at KUADROS.COM are subject to the laws and regulations of the customs and export control department of your country and also to the customs and export laws and regulations of the country that manufactures and/or receives our products. Your purchase implies your agreement to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
Except for certain express provisions mentioned elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, your comments, feedback and suggestions of any kind are and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have full transferable and irrevocable right of use. We shall have no right to copy, display, distribute, perform, publish, sell, transmit, lease, adapt, produce derivative works of such Submissions in any form and by any means and to translate, reverse engineer, modify, decompile or disassemble such Submissions. We automatically own the exclusive right to all Submissions and it is irrevocable.

PAINTING IMAGES COPYRIGHT AND PERMISSION
Each painting on this website is in the public domain because its copyright has expired or is sold under license from the artist's estate. This applies to the United States, Canada, the European Union and those countries with an author's life of copyright plus 70 years. If you notice any painting in our gallery, which you believe is unlicensed / copyrighted, please contact us as soon as possible. Any copyrighted images will be immediately removed from our website in deference to copyright laws.
TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
We may immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement without notice, not only for any legal or equitable remedy, but for reasons best known to us, whereby you will be immediately denied access to and use of this site in whole or in part, revoking all passwords and account identification issued to you. Kuadros strives to present as accurate images of our products as possible. However, since our images are entirely hand-painted, we can offer no guarantee that the colors and other details of the artwork you will receive will match those of the original. Some minor variations will naturally be there.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to use your best efforts (subject to applicable law) to defend, indemnify and support KUADROS (which includes its subsidiaries, co-branding partners, affiliates and any party that may be contractually bound to Kuadros and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees) as free and harmless from and against any and all actions, claims and demands, including, without limitation, any legal or accounting fees that may result from your use of the Site and/or your violation of the Terms of Use and privacy statement, and/or caused by any and all content that you post on Kuadros and/or the Site. KUADROS notify you of any such allegation, proceeding or claim.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event of incorrect pricing or incorrect information on our products due to a typographical error or a slip in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for product with the incorrect price even after confirmation of Your order and payment made through Your credit card. In case you are already charged, you must immediately refund the exact amount to your credit card account.
POSSIBLE INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
Our website may be unavailable, delayed, limited or hung sporadically due to various reasons, including:

In specific cases, at the sole discretion of KUADROS.COM, KUADROS.COM may provide a written notice (a "Restriction Notice") to a User (a "Restricted User") to notify such Restricted User that (i) his or her right to access or use any part of the .COM Site will be terminated and that (ii) the Restricted User's right to access or use any part of the .COM Site will be terminated. PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

DISPUTES

CHOICE OF LAW

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or void for any reason, such provision shall be severable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
GENERAL
These Terms of Use incorporate the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. The headings included in the Terms of Use are for reference purposes only and do not define or limit the scope of the section in any way. In the event that any provision contained in the Terms of Use shall be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified but only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other provisions of these Terms of Use shall be fully enforced and effective. You agree to observe all laws and regulations pertaining to your access to and use of KUADROS.COM and posting your content. You are prohibited from collecting personal data (including email addresses) from KUADROS.COM and, in particular, you may not use e-mail addresses seen on our sites to invite users to join or augment your services. We own the right to examine any violations and to challenge such violations to the fullest extent of the law. We may assist legal staff in prosecuting guilty users who violate the terms of this Agreement. SEPARABILITY
