Description
Saint Peter was assassinated on Easter Saturday, in the Barlassina forest, on his way back from Milan. His killer, nicknamed Carino, hit him in the head and stabbed him in the chest. The murderer converted to Christianity due to his remorse and later entered the Dominican order.
