Obsession with quality in our famous paintings
Each of our oil painting reproductions are 100% handcrafted and are marked with the quality seal of museum-worthy pieces. Yet, only an original painting constitutes the masterpiece.
Having said this, from the beginning Kuadros has distinguished itself by making replicas of paintings extremely close to the originals. To achieve this, we employ only masters graduated from schools of plastic arts, who must go through filters of technique and skill until they obtain approval to make reproductions in our name.
When hanging one of our paintings, we wish for our client to smile and feel full confidence that the paintings they purchase from Kuadros are synonymous with quality.
Respect for the rights of the painters
Our collection of paintings and artists numbers in the thousands, including all pieces from the great artistic movements of history, except those whose works are not yet public domain. This means that, while we admire great authors like Picasso, Dalí, or Botero, we limit ourselves to admiring their works in photographs or museums, and for these reasons we do not have reproductions of these artists.
The original size of a painting matters
Our model for reproducing paintings adheres to a simple system that respects the original dimensions of the paintings as the great masters created them. When dimensions allow, we always offer the original size of the paintings or a variant that respects the exact proportion of width and height. We do not modify paintings to adhere to specific or standard sizes unless the customer so desires.
Be patient when ordering your painting replica
We know how it works. You fell in love with that painting and you want it soon in that space you have etched in your mind. We congratulate you, we share your taste! However, please keep in mind that reproducing each painting takes between 2-3 weeks to complete. Then comes the drying process, which takes at least 1 additional week. In the best case, you will have your painting in 4 weeks and in the worst in 8.
Please do not order a piece unless you are aware of the time required to make your painting. Our customers are patient while waiting for their paintings!
